Andhra Pradesh State Council Committee has just declared the CEEP Results for Common Entrance Examination of Polytechnic on month of May for few lacks candidates. Now all of them are waiting for next process and notification.
Update (June-28, 2012) : AP CEEP 2nd phase Counseling will be conducted after first round will be completed. Then actual web based online counseling will be conducted with document verification, choice filling and seat allotment rounds.
The Web counseling and other instructions can be had from the Help Line centers on the day of Certificate Verification. The Certificate Verification starts from 29th June to 6th July.
Normally each Polytechnic college have minimum 180 seats and state expecting 22500 more seats this year. For the academic year 2011-12 state have 71000 seats and 20000 seats adding to total, so 90000 seats available to CEEP qualified students.
In the Academic year 2012 – 2013, there is a chance of getting 5 extra Polytechnic and 118 Engineering Colleges to the state at the time of CEEP Web Counseling 2012. If this made happen, total number of seats will increase from 71,000 to 91,000 where each college should have in minimum of 180 Seats.
These seats will be occupied by 1.8 lacks of candidates who are qualified for CEEP Web Counseling 2012. From the above figure it was clear that the student who ranks below 1 lacks will get admission in Polytechnic via CEEP Entrance Test.
