Age Limit:
A candidate should be under 32( thirty-two) years and over 21( twenty-one) years of age on the 1st January, 2013 i.e. he/she must not have been born earlier than 2nd January, 1981 and not later than 1st January, 1992.
The upper age-limit prescribed above is relaxable by 5 (five) years for candidates belonging to the categories of Scheduled Castes(S.C.), Scheduled Tribes(S.T.), Socially & Educationally Backward Classes(S.E.B.C.), Women and Ex-Servicemen, and by 10 (ten) years for Physically Handicapped candidates, whose disability should not be less than 40%.
Required Education Qualifications:
A candidate should posses a Master’s Degree in the concerned subject from a recognized University with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade with a Second Class in the Bachelor’s Degree or Ph.D., D.Sc., D.Litt., M.Phill and M.litt. with at least 50 % marks in Master’s Degree with a 2nd class in the Bachelor’s Degree .
Provided that candidates belonging to the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes shall posses a Master’s Degree in the concerned subject from a recognized University with at least 50% of marks or its equivalent grade with a 2nd class in the Bachelor’s Degree .
Application Fee:
Candidates of SC / ST / PWD are exempted to pay the fee and for all other candidates Rs. 300/- have to pay in the form of challan and should be paid at any SBI branch.
Pay scale:
Selected candidates will be given the pay band of Rs. 9300/- to Rs. 34800/- with Academic Grade Pay of Rs.4600 /-
How to Apply:
Interested candidates can apply online through the website ‘http://.opsconline.gov.in’ by filling all the required details and uploading scanned copy of recent passport size photograph, signature and Left Thumb Impression on or before 31-07-2013.
After submission of Online Application Form, take print out of Online Application Form and send through registered post / speed post / courier service along with attested copies of all relevant documents and certificates etc, two recent passport size photographs, OPSC copy of Fee deposit Challan (Pay-in-Slip) by super scribing the post applied for on the envelope so as to reach

2. Click on appropriate advertisement link
3. Fill all the mandatory details and upload scanned copy of recent passport size photograph, signature, left thumb impression.
4. After submission of error free application, take print out of Challan form and deposit the application fee in any SBI branch.
5. Take print out of Online Application Form and send along with necessary enclosures.
