Total No Of Posts/Vacancy In Indian Bank  :

Total Clerk 1201 Posts In That ( Gen-622 , OBC-297 , SC-210 , ST-72 ).

Age Criteria For Indian Bank : 

Minimum 18 years and maximum 28 years as on 1/8/2012. +5 year upper age benefits for scheduled cast / scheduled tribe cast candidates, +3 years for other backward cast and +10 for person with disability.

Minimum Education Qualification For Indian Bank:

Candidates who are 10+2 / Higher Secondary passed, required 50% or more to be eligible for this post under educational qualification criteria.

Indian Overseas Bank has recently invites online applications for the recruitment of Clerical Cadre (Clerk), Specialist  Officer  and Probationary Officer. It is a very old bank, came into existence 1937.  Such bank presently has 2561 (two thousand five hundred and sixty one) branches and 1300 (one thousand three hundred) ATMs available and India and abroad.   Through this post we will give you IOB bank recruitment news.

Age: 

Minimum age for Indian Overseas Bank clerical post is 18 (eighteen) and candidates should not be crossed 28 (twenty eight) years as on 1st Aug, 2012.  (Age relaxation: +5 years for SC/ST, +3 years for OBC and +10 years for PWD).

Application Fee: 

Rs. 100 for General and OBC cast and if you belongs to SC/ST/PWD have to pay only Rs. 80.

Educational qualifications :

If you applying with Higher Secondary Certificate, minimum passing marks for General category candidates is 65% (sixty five percentage) and 60% for reserved category candidates.

OR

If you applying with banking diploma certificate. Minimum passing percentage decided by bank is 50% (fifty percentage) for general and 45% (forty five) for other. But diploma certificate must be recognised by State Govt/ Central government or UT Administration.

OR

If candidates applying with graduation degree. (Min % for General cast is 50% and 45% for other). It should be recognised by UGC.

IBPS Score Card Must Require:

Minimum total weighted score (TWS) for general category candidates : 120 (one hundred and twenty) and 105 (one hundred and five) for SC/ST/OBC and PWD.

Candidates Will be Selected on Basis Performance in Interview And Score card of IBPS Clerk .
