Assam Public Service Commission invites application from ADVT. NO.12/2012 Indian Citizens as defined in Articles 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India for the under-mentioned posts under Assam Government in the scale of pay as indicated against each and carrying usual allowances as admissible under rules of the Govt. of Assam.

V.A.S/E.O (Vety) posts : 115 vacancies
Eligibility criteria:
Candidates must have Engineering degree / Graduate Degree / Degree in Animal Husbandry & Vety. Science / Dairy Science / Electrical / Mechanical / Civil engineering from any recognized university.
Age limit:
General Candidates must have below 38 years for Assistant professor,50 years for Principal and Between 23 to 38 years for all other posts.
5 years upper age relaxation for SC/ST Candidates
3 years relaxation in upper age for OBC Candidates.
Application fee:
5 rupees for General and OBC Candidates need to pay in the favor of Non Tax Revenue-Other Non Tax Revenue-0051-PSC, 102-State Public Service Commission Application/Examination Fee Receipt of A.P.S.C.In case of SC/ST Candidates the application fee is 2 rupees 50 P only.
Last Date for Submit Application Form – 20 November 2012
