- Make simple goals
So, I said here simple goals. For a start, it is good to set goals that are reachable or else, disappointments may occur if the said goal is not reached by the targeted time comes. Make sure that those goals aren’t too strict as well; cheat from time to time so
you won’t end up giving up.
Find a buddy to exercise with
This is a source of motivation and may be a competition as well. Having someone to compete with while working out will make you do more and may discipline you to do it everyday to be better than your exercise buddy. Having a buddy also makes the working out fun.
2.Be resourceful
One of the reasons why people are not able to work out is the price. Gyms are very expensive and the gym equipments are the same. There are actually many ways to go around this problem. Find alternative gym equipments that you can make at home in the internet. You will find several of them.
Have variations in your exercise
Start new methods of doing an exercise from time – to –time. Doing this, you’ll confuse your muscles and they won’t be able to adapt to them resulting to not diminish the effects of the work out. Working out the same thing everyday can actually lead to diminishing the effects of the work out because our muscles get adapts to it.
3.Get some rest
Resting can help the muscles to recover and repair itself. Have a rest day every week like on Sundays, you won’t do any work outs. Overdoing may also result to injuries.
